ABOUT ME

As a counsellor and holistic life coach, I blend evidence based psychology, neuroscience and intuitive practical coaching to help people get unstuck and moving forward. I love using techniques such as CBT, NLP, inner child work, and mind–body practices, not because it sounds impressive, but because it works.

We’re not here to stay in the past... we’re here to shift the present.

For more than a decade, I’ve worked with people in all kinds of settings, from private coaching sessions to women’s circles, support groups, webinars, and training programs. Whether it’s one-on-one or in a group, my focus is always the same: real connection, genuine growth, and change that lasts.

I won’t let you hide behind old stories, patterns, or personas.

Through my years as a mentor and assessor at a leading holistic coaching institute, I’ve supported hundreds of aspiring life coaches as they moved from being students to working with real clients. I helped them navigate imposter syndrome, build confidence, and develop the mindset required to sustain a meaningful coaching career.

I also help people who feel like they’ve lost themselves somewhere along the way...in relationships, in their work, or when something big in life needs to be sorted out.

As well as this, I support teenagers by running mentoring programs in high schools through the Raise Foundation. As a Program Counsellor, I work with young people to build confidence, navigate friendships, and explore their identity during that important “where do I fit in?” stage of life.

I may not have the fancy photoshoots or a big online presence, but what I do have is real conversations that lead to real change.

In between work and being mum, I’m usually on the couch with a cup of tea and my fur-baby Ginger, dreaming about my next trip away.

Real change starts when you stop talking yourself out of it.

I live and work on Muru-ora-dial land of the Eora nations.  I acknowledge the traditional custodians of this land, their stories, history, and continued connection to country. I acknowledge sovereignty was never ceded. This land always was and always will be Aboriginal Land.
